User Account Administration

CITS allows different roles and privileges to be established for users of the system

Administrators

  • EHS staff may be given Administrator privileges to maintain incident reports, lists and run reports

Reporters

  • University staff may be able to generate and review reports as “Reporters.”

Account Setup

  • EHS Director or designee may control establishing of new user accounts and their privileges
  • EHS staff can be allowed to set-up own accounts
  • Password reminders capability is built-in
